This is week 25 and my article number 293 of my sixth year trying to have the board of the USTA fulfill its mission and be accountable to the tennis community, they refuse to grant me a meeting where they would have to explain the waste of funds and lack of progress and lies to the American public).

What is Morality?

In a broad sense, morality is a set of rules that shape our behavior or the company’s in various social situations. It is more sensitive to doing the good instead of the bad, and therefore, it establishes a level of standard for virtuous conduct. Of course, the same applies to companies.

What Is Business Ethics? Business ethics refers to the standards for morally right and wrong conduct in business. Law partially defines conduct, but “legal” and “ethical” aren’t necessarily the same. Business ethics enhance the law by outlining acceptable behaviors beyond government control. Here in this article, I intend that you understand that what the USTA board and executives do is lacking good morals and business ethics and prove to you how this is bad for the sport. Translation, no future! To make my brilliant point even clearer, take for example what the code of governance for Coca-Cola is:
