MR. CEO, I THINK ITS TIME FOR YOU TO GET OUT OF THE WAY

In the business world, when a new CEO is appointed by merit or by friendship, usually this person crafts a 100-day plan to address the big issues that the organization faces and sets the proper tone to change things that do not work, keep what does work and have a goal to achieve in the short, medium, and long term. In your first 100 days Mr. CEO we saw none of either three things. This is of course very concerning given the state of tennis in the country and the state of the USTA finances which are very, very poor. For those of us who know the business, this is alarming and very worrisome if the head lacks initiative, vision, and gravitas. It is impossible to expect any results of any significance for the sport. You would concur, I am sure.
Since it is abundantly obvious you have no idea what you are doing, I decided to give you a management lesson for free, because I love the sport and know you and the executive team have no idea what to do if I thought you did, I would not waste my time writing so you improve things for us all.
