USTA’S RICHES ARE GONE

Years of poorly educated directors, executives, and the circle of ineptitude developed by the Old Boys Club have come due. In the past 5 years, USTA has been losing money before Covid, the excesses and the welfare mentality of the leaders looking for freebies and acting as if all was OK was nothing more than a show to cover the reality of their incapacity to manage the world’s best-funded sports nonprofit. The USTA is broke. (check link and exclude investment profits to totals) I have for years been trying to help them and show them what they do not see, all to no avail. Even as of the last three weeks I have been trying to tell them and show them how they are wrong. I am not an Old boy member, intelligence and caring for the sport are not traits they value those are threats to the years of mismanagement to be exposed. They have committed a crime against the sport. It is not acceptable by any stretch of the imagination.
Now, what do you think will happen? They will hide, lie, block and protect their mismanagement at any cost. Guess who’s money they will use? the kids from which they are stealing the joy of the sport. A crime that they need to face the responsibility to. I do not accept being the best-funded sport in the world and having as results the least amount of kids playing and oldest adults and the mission data of participation lock sealed for no one to see.
