How do you make thousands of people read when you have so much to say and they don’t like to read? My 8-year-old says, give me bullet points so I get the idea, OK let me try:

  • Has tennis grown thanks to USTA programs in the last decades?
  • Is tennis reaching its full potential by expanding its base?
  • Is the USTA a not-for-profit charity organization?
  • Has USTA created a digital platform last 20 years to keep up with the times and engage players?
  • Has USTA made tennis affordable in this great country in the last 20 years?
  • Does USTA hire the most brilliant minds to grow the sport?
  • Has Player development produced anything worth $23M per year (its yearly expense)?
  • Do sections act as nonprofits?
  • Is the split overhead/programs 30%/70% as required by law respected and followed in sections?
  • Does USTA care for its customers? parents, kids, coaches, clubs?
  • Is USTA executive management competent?
  • Are any of you part of the good old boys club?
  • If we have 43000 zip codes in the country and USTA invests $75M in 1 (Lake Nona) which is 0.0002% of the zip codes, does this make sense?
  • Would you spend $30M in Deloitte who delivers nothing?
  • Is $6M a good investment in Laver cup even though it loses money 4 years in a row?
  • Does USTA accept new smart ideas to change the tennis dynamic in the USA?
  • Is the tennis competition system fair for all? affordable to most?
  • If USTA receives $485M per year revenues and only declares a net income of $10M. Is this a good percentage to report (2%)?
  • Do we need the USTA?
  • Is USTA a humble and great organization?
  • Is the USTA transparent with participation numbers and anything else?
  • Would you invest time and money now to become a coach? a player?
  • Does USTA have great parks programs all over the nation?
  • Is the USTA a young and vibrant…
