When executives choose not to listen or read you get the USTA

What do you mean non-readers and non-listeners in an executive position? Where does this happen? If they are either or both they can’t be executives, they would be furnishings and if they are furnishing they don’t collect salaries. I wonder if at the USTA they pay the furnishings salaries, better check the 990 IRS forms. Hmm, I can’t find them, maybe they are categorized as executive furnishings?
Below I am attaching an article written by a tennis legend, Seena Hamilton the creator of the Easter Bowl, in 2004 she wrote a simple article highlighting the mistakes and consequences created by the new USTA competition system. Today 17 years later the criticism is valid, yet the USTA keeps the competition system from those dates, the result is the atrocious results in tennis participation and the decline of interest of young people and families in the sport. If they only read the article and listened to the advice.
The reason I point to this article is very simple, All I want is to prove to the readers and the obtuse USTA executives that they are wrong, for not listening, wrong for not changing, and wrong for keeping the status quo.
